Avast AntiVirus 2015 users can't enter e-services with ID-card (Windows & Mac OS X)

If you have Avast AntiVirus 2015 installed in your computer and you cant enter e-services then you should make sure that the "Enable HTTPS scanning" software setting is not active.

If your computer is running on Windows operating system, then follow these steps:

  •  Run avast by doubleclicking it's icon on system tray.

  • From settings choose "Active Protection", and click on the "Web Shield" "Customize" button.

  • Make sure that "Enable HTTPS scanning" is not checked and press "OK"

Now you should be able to enter e-services with ID-card again.

If your computer is running on Mac OS X, then follow these steps:

  • Run Avast by clicking its icon topright and choose "Open Avast"

  • Click on Preferences and another window opens. At this point navigate to  Web Shield and click on Settings downbelow.

  • remove tick from Scan secured connections and click Done

Now you should be able to enter e-services with ID-card again.
