Using Kaspersky Internet Security and the ID card

If you have the Kaspersky Internet Security antivirus software instaleld to your computer and you are not able to login to an e-service with the ID card, make sure that one of the following options is not activated in your antivirus settings:

Always scan encrypted connections" or"Scan encrypted connections upon request from protection components". 

To check that, do the following: 

  • Double-click on the Kaspersky icon

  • Click on the gear wheel icon in the bottom-left corner (Settings)

  • In the opened window click on "Additional", then click on "Network"

  • Make sure that the Encrypted connections scanning option is selected. Close the window.

Now you should be able to login to e-services with your ID card.
