RIA DigiDoc error: Please check your smart device time

The below error can be displayed when signing in RIA DigiDoc mobile application.

Error will be displayed in the RIA DigiDoc when the smart device time differs from the validity confirmation service time.

To fix this error, please make that the system clock on your smart device is set to the correct time, date and time zone.


To change the time, date, and region on Android: Go to "Settings" then "General Administration" and "Date & Time". Make sure "Automatic date and time" is enabled by default.


To change the time, date, and region in iOS: Go to “Settings” then “General” and “Date & Time”. Make sure “Set Automatically” is enabled by default and “Time Zone” is set to Tallinn.
