Error signing with Mobile-ID: SSL handshake failed

DigiDoc4 client may experience an error when signing:

Please open DigiDoc4 client> select Settings> select 'Diagnostics' from the left menu. The 'Application Version' must be at 4.2.1 or higher (the end may be different for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X) and if you scroll down, SERIAL must be 91 or higher for 'Configuration Details'.

If the software is older, it should be updated at

If SERIAL is lower than 91, it can be upgraded via DigiDoc4 client. Open the settings and click the 'Check for updates' button at the bottom right. Then close the DigiDoc4 client and reopen and try signing again with your mobile ID.
