Цифровое подписание документов с помощью мобильного приложения RIA DigiDoc — это очень просто. Процесс подписания происходит одинаково как для пользователей mobiil-ID, так и для пользователей ID-карты. Следуйте инструкциям на экране и всё получится!

Step 1: Open application and select signed files
Open the RIA DigiDoc app on your smart device and select "Files" or "Signature" from the menu. In the new menu that opens, choose "Add file" and select the documents you wish to sign from your device.
To add more files to the envelope, click the "Add more files" button. All added files will be signed at once and can later be sent as a single signed envelope. You can add as many files as you like.
Step 2: Signing
In the "Container signing" view of the RIA DigiDoc app, you can see all the documents that will be signed with this signature envelope. Once all documents have been added, click the "Sign" button.
Under “Container signatures”, you can see the names of all signers. If you initiated the signing process, only your name will appear there. If you are signing an envelope that has already been digitally signed by others, you will also see the information of those who have signed it before you.
After clicking the "Sign" button, a new window will appear where you can choose which method you want to use to give your digital signature:
ID-card via NFC
If you choose “ID card via NFC” as the signing method, you will need to use your ID card to sign. With NFC, you can sign contactlessly — without needing an ID card reader.

When signing with an ID card via NFC in the RIA DigiDoc app, you will be asked to enter your ID card access number (CAN) and your PIN2 code.
The CAN number is a 6-digit code located under your photo on the ID card.
Enter the CAN and PIN2 codes, then click "Sign".
Be careful: If you enter the CAN number incorrectly 10 times, the NFC functionality of the card may become locked.
Once the CAN number and PIN2 are entered correctly, a new screen will appear saying: "Hold your ID card close to the phone."

After that, hold your ID card close to the phone until the card reading is complete. Usually, the phone’s NFC reader is located near the top of the phone by the camera(s), but on some Android models, the NFC reader may be near the center of the phone.
NB! If your phone has a case, it might interfere with establishing a contactless connection with the ID card.
If your phone successfully connects with the ID card, you will see the following sequence of screens:
Establishing contactless connection with ID card → Reading certificate → Signing envelope → Signature added.
ID-card via USB
If you choose “ID card with a card reader” as the signing method, you will need to use your ID card along with an ID card reader connected to your smart device.

When signing with an ID card and card reader in the RIA DigiDoc app, your information will be displayed on the screen, and you will be prompted to enter your ID card PIN2 code.
If your ID card is not properly connected to the reader or the app is unable to correctly read your ID card data, you will see an error message on the screen.
Try inserting your ID card into the reader again and reconnecting the reader to your phone.
After successfully entering your PIN2 and clicking "Sign", you will be automatically redirected back to the "Container files" view.
mobile-ID
If you choose “mobile-ID” as the signing method, you will be asked to enter your phone number and personal identification code.
Enter your phone number and personal identification code, then click the "Sign" button.
A verification code will appear on your smart device’s screen, and you will be asked whether you want to sign the documents: "Sign?"
If the verification codes match, press "OK" (Confirm).
You will then be prompted to enter your Mobile-ID PIN2 code.
After a successful signature, you will be automatically redirected back to the "Container signatures" view.
Smart-ID
If you choose “Smart-ID” as the signing method, make sure you have selected the correct country and enter your personal identification code. Then click the "Sign" button.
A verification code will appear on your smart device’s screen. Next, you need to select the correct verification code in the Smart-ID app and enter your Smart-ID PIN2 code.
Note: When RIA DigiDoc sends the initial notification, it will ask for permission. Press "Allow" so that the Smart-ID verification code can be displayed in the Smart-ID app.
After a successful signature, you will be automatically redirected back to the "Container signatures" view.
Step 3: Save or share the signed document envelope
- To share, click the "Share" button at the bottom of the screen. A list of different sharing methods will open—choose the one that suits you best.
- To save, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the envelope selection and select "Save container". A list of different locations on your device will appear—choose the location you prefer.
Step 4: Ready
It’s really that simple! After you’ve signed the document envelope and then saved or shared it, everything is done.
With the RIA DigiDoc app, you can also open digitally signed documents or, for example, encrypt them for secure forwarding.

Samm 1: Ava rakendus ja vali allkirjastatavad failid
Ava oma nutiseadmes RIA DigiDoc rakendus ning vali menüüst "Failid" või "Allkiri". Avaneval uuel menüül vali "Lisa fail" ning vali seadmest milliseid dokumente allkirjastada soovid.
Ümbrikusse failide lisamiseks klõpsa nupul „Lisa veel faile". Kõik lisatud failid allkirjastatakse korraga ja need saab hiljem edasi saata ühtse allkirjastatud ümbrikuna. Lisada saab täpselt nii palju faile, kui ise soovid.
Samm 2: Allkirjastamine
RIA DigiDoc "Ümbriku allkirjastamine" vaates on näha kõik need dokumendid mida selle allkirjaümbrikuga allkirjastatakse. Kui kõik dokumendid on lisatud vajuta nupule "Allkirjasta".
„Ümbriku allkirjad“ all näed kõikide allkirjastajate nimesid. Kui sina algatasid allkirjastamist, on seal vaid sinu nimi. Kui soovisid oma allkirja anda juba teiste poolt digiallkirjastatud dokumendiümbrikule, näed siin ka teiste allkirja andnute infot.

ID-kaart kaardilugeja abil
Valides allkirjastamise meetodiks „ID-kaart laardilugeja abil“ tuleb allkirjastamiseks kasutada ID-kaarti ja nutiseadmega ühendatud ID-kaardi lugejat.

ID-kaardi ja ID-kaardilugejaga RIA DigiDoc rakenduses allkirjastamisel on ekraanil näha sinu andmed ja palutakse sisestada ID-kaardi PIN2-kood.
ID-kaart (NFC)
Valides allkirjastamise meetodiks „ID-kaart NFC abil“ tuleb allkirjastamiseks kasutada ID-kaarti. NFC abil, saad ID-kaardiga allkirjastada kontaktivabalt ehk ilma ID-kaardi lugejata. NFC lahenduse kohta loe lähemalt siit.
ID-kaardiga NFC abil RIA DigiDoc rakenduses allkirjastamisel küsitakse sinu käest ID-kaardi ligipääsu numbrit (CAN) ja ID-kaardi PIN2-koodi. CAN number on 6-kohaline kood, mis asub ID-kaardil sinu pildi all. Sisesta CAN ja PIN2 kood ning vajuta "Allkirjasta". Ole tähelepanelik: CAN numbri korduval valesti sisestamisel (kokku 10 korda) võib kaardi NFC osa lukustuda. Kui CAN number ja PIN2 on sisestatud ilmub uus vaade "Hoia ID-kaarti telefoni lähedal".
CAN numbri asukoht ID-kaardil, elamisloakaardil ja Digi-ID kaardil:
Selle järel hoia ID-kaarti telefoni vastas, kuni toimub kaardi lugemine. Reeglina asub telefoni NFC lugeja telefoni ülaosas kaamera(te) juures, kuid mõnel Android mudelil võib NFC lugemine olla telefoni keskosa kohal. NB! Kui telefonil on ümber kate, siis võib see takistada ID-kaardiga kontaktivaba ühenduse loomist. Kui sinu telefon suudab ID-kaardiga ühenduse luua ilmuvad järjestikkused vaated: ID-kaardiga kontaktivaba ühenduse loomine -> Sertifikaadi lugemine -> Ümbriku allkirjastamine -> Allkiri lisatud.
Mobiil-ID
Valides allkirjastamise meetodiks „mobiil-ID“ küsitakse sinu käest telefoninumbrit ja ja isikukoodi.
Sisesta oma telefoninumber ja isikukood ning vajuta "Allkirjasta" nupul.
Sinu nutiseadme ekraanile ilmub seejärel kontrollkood ja sinu käest küsitakse, kas soovid ddokumendid allkirjastada: "Allkirjastan ?" Kui kontrollkoodid ühtivad, vajuta "OK" (Nõustu).
Seejärel tuleb sul sisestada mobiil-ID PIN2-kood.
Peale edukat allkirjastamist suunatake automaatselt tagasi "Ümbriku sisu" vaatesse.
Smart-ID
Valides allkirjastamise meetodiks „Smart-ID“ veendu, et oled valinud õige riigi ning sisesta oma isikukood. Seejärel vajuta „Allkirjasta“ nupul.
Nutiseadme ekraanile ilmub kontrollkood. Järgnevalt tuleb sul Smart-ID rakenduses valida õige kontrollkood ning sisestada Smart-ID PIN2-kood.
NB! Ria DigiDoc esmasel märguande saatmisel küsib luba. Vajutada "Luba" valikule, et Smart-ID kontrollkood saaks Smart-ID rakenduses ekraanile kuvada.
Samm 3: Salvesta või jaga allkirjastatud dokumendiümbrik
- Jagamiseks klõpsa ekraani alaservas olevat "Jaga" nupul. Sulle avatakse loetelu erinevatest jagamismeetoditest: vali neist sobivaim.
- Salvestamiseks klõpsa ümbriku valiku paremal üleval kolmele punktile ning vali "Salvesta ümbrik". Sulle avatakse seadme loetelu erinevatest asukohtadest: vali neist sobivam asukoht.
Samm 4: Valmis!
Nii lihtne see oligi! Pärast seda, kui oled dokumendiümbriku allkirjastanud ja seejärel salvestanud või jaganud, ongi kõik korras.
RIA DigiDoc rakenduse abil saad sa digiallkirjastatud dokumente ka avada või näiteks turvaliseks edasi saatmiseks krüpteerida.
