This weekend we will forward all service requests to new TEST DigiDocService platform.
In particular, it affects those who use personal mobile ID numbers in addition to test mobile ID numbers. Personal numbers and related certificates must be registered in the new test database, you can do it here.

New test service is available at https://www.openxades.org:9443/?wsdl It supports all Estonian and Lithuanian mobile operators. Additional info about test DigiDocService is available here.
All information previously available in openxades.org is now available at id.ee "Develop Services" section.
