Removing the “Token signing” extension from web browsers
Google Chrome
Step 1. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the web browser:
Click on the icon with three dots on the right-hand side of Google Chrome and select More tools → Extensions. Find the extension called "Token signing" and press the "Remove" button. The message: Remove "Token signing"? is displayed on the screen, where to confirm, press the "Remove" button. Restart your web browser.
If you failed to remove the "Token signing" extension through your web browser, try through "Apps and Features" (Step 2)
Step 2. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the Applications and Features" (WINDOWS):
On your computer open "Apps and features" and find the Token Signing/Chrome Token Signing/eID software browsers plugins app. Press the "Uninstall" button of the application. Restart your web browser.
If the browser and "Apps and Features" failed to remove the "Token signing" extension, continue to Step 3.
Step 3. Failed to remove "Token signing" extension from web browser or "Apps and Features"
If the Token signing extension does not have a "Remove" button, you need to open "Apps and Features" on your computer and find the Token Signing/Chrome Token Signing/eID software browsers plugins app.
Clicking on the application shows the version number.
Next, you have to open the https://installer.id.ee/media/win/installer/ website and find an extension with exactly the same version. Download the extension to your computer.
In the "Token signing" app, select the "Remove" button instead of installing it. Restart the browser.
Mozilla Firefox
Step 1. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the web browser:
Click on the icon with three dots on the right-hand side of Mozilla Firefox and select “Add-ons and themes“. In the left menu of the Manage Your Extensions, there is an “Extensions” option with a puzzle icon. Click on it and you will see the extensions. In the extension selection, find "Token Signing" and press the "Remove" button. Restart your web browser.
If you failed to remove the "Token signing" extension through your web browser, try through "Apps and Features" (Step 2)
Step 2. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the Applications and Features" (WINDOWS):
On your computer, open "Apps and features" and find the Token Signing/Firefox Token Signing/eID software browsers plugins app. Press the "Uninstall" button of the application. Restart your web browser.
If the browser and "Apps and Features" failed to remove the "Token signing" extension, continue to Step 3.
Step 3. Failed to remove "Token signing" extension from web browser or "Apps and Features"

Microsoft Edge

Click on the icon with three dots on the right-hand side of Microsoft Edge and select Extensions.Then click “Manage extensions” in the window that opens. A new window with extensions opens, find the extension called "Token Signing" and press the "Remove" button. Restart your web browser.
If you failed to remove the "Token signing" extension through your web browser, try through "Apps and Features" (Step 2)
Step 2. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the Applications and Features" (WINDOWS):
On your computer, open "Apps and features" and find the Token Signing/eID software browsers plugins app. Press the "Uninstall" button of the application. Restart your web browser.

Step 3. Failed to remove "Token signing" extension from web browser or "Apps and Features"
If the Token signing extension does not have a "Remove" button, you need to open "Apps and Features" on your computer and find the Token Signing/eID software browsers plugins application.
Clicking on the application shows the version number.
Next, you have to open the https://installer.id.ee/media/win/ website and find an extension with exactly the same version. Download the extension to your computer.
In the "eID software browser plugins" app, select the "Uninstall all" button. Restart the browser.
Safari
Step 1. Removing the "Token signing" extension from the web browser:
Open the “Safari” menu in the Safari web browser and select “Preferences“. This opens the extensions window – find the “Extensions” menu link with the puzzle icon in the upper menu and click on it. A view with extensions will open, find "Token signing" in the selection of extensions and press the "Uninstall" button. You will be automatically redirected to the "Utilities" folder on your computer, where you can delete the Token Signing application.
If the "Token signing" extension was not successfully removed, continue to Step 2.
Step 2. When deleting the "Token signing" application, the message is displayed: "The item "TokenSigningApp" can`t be moved to the Bin because it`s open."
When deleting the "TokenSigningSafariHelper" application in the "Utilities" folder, a message appears: "The item "Token SigningApp" can`t be moved to the Bin because it`s open."
Open the "Activity Monitor" application on your computer, find and activate "TokenSigningSafariHelper" and press the "x" button on the top row. In the window that opens, select "Force Quit". Repeat Step 1.
Check that there are no other Token/Token Signing/etc. in the Applications->Utilities folder named applications. If there are applications named "Token" - delete it. Restart your web browser.
