The Information System Authority (RIA) is aware that the Firefox web browser may experience problems with ID card authentication on Windows computers. In some cases, the web browser closes when the certificate selection window opens.
RIA is working on resolving the issue in cooperation with ID card manufacturer IDEMIA and Mozilla.
Until we find a solution, we recommend choosing another supported web browser when using your ID card.
