Mobile app accessibility notice
The RIA DigiDoc mobile app belongs to the Information System Authority (RIA) and we aim to ensure that the mobile app RIA DigiDoc version 3.0.2.328 (iOS) and RIA DigiDoc version 3.1.0.286 (Android) comply with the accessibility requirements set forth in section 32 of the Public Information Act.

The RIA DigiDoc application is partially compliant with accessibility requirements for the reasons listed below.
User Guide
RIA DigiDoc has been designed to comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines. This means that the RIA DigiDoc application has been developed in accordance with principles designed to ensure it can be used by people who are blind, have limited vision, or have limited mobility or strength, etc.
Listed below are the digital accessibility features available in this mobile app.
Screen reader
A screen reader is a programme designed to convert the information displayed on a screen of a smart device into an output format suitable for the user – for example, speech. This tool is primarily meant for the visually impaired.
RIA DigiDoc has been designed to ensure that any type of visual content can be adapted into an output suited to the user. For example, images are accompanied by textual descriptions, the layout and order of the structural elements takes into account the movement of the screen reader on the screen and allows the information to be consumed in a logical order.

Screen magnification and colour adjustments
If the person’s vision is sufficient for reading text, they can use the assistive features built into their smartphone to make viewing the screen more comfortable. By using the accessibility features, the user can change the text size, the main font, the colour scheme of the user interface, and zoom in on the screen using the screen magnifier.
