From 1 August, the ID-card customer support will accept calls on working days from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
As ID-card users require less assistance after 5 p.m., RIA will reduce the service time by two hours. From August, the customer support is available to customers on working days from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
With this change, the RIA user support will have the same working hours as the rest of the authority and the service hours will be similar to those of other state agencies. Shorter service time also allows for a more prompt response to calls, as more specialists will be answering calls during a shorter workday.
