The National Information System Authority announces that it will close the old time stamp service mediation solution provided by the National Information System Authority on May 6, 2024 and recommends using a new technical solution to continue digital signing.
The change affects all companies that use a time stamping service address for digital signing in their information systems.
The new technical solution of the time stamp service was introduced in the central configuration of the ID software on August 1, 2023, which in turn led to a change in the endpoints of the service. The change affected the information systems performing the signing, where the service access addresses had to be revised. In the event that access to endpoints is limited in the institution's information system network, and the addresses of the endpoints have not yet been changed, the new addresses should be used before the old solution of the timestamp service is closed on May 6, 2024, in order for the timestamp service to continue functioning smoothly.
Regular users will not be affected by the change on May 6, 2024.
The time stamping service is used for digital signing in the desktop application DigiDoc4 client and in the mobile application RIA DigiDoc.
