The DigiDoc4 application is not designed for encrypting large files.
For instance, adding a 120 MB file to a container and trying to encrypt it would be very time-consuming and slow down your computer in the process. Besides, most attempts to encrypt large files fail and DigiDoc4 either freezes or displays an error message.
If you need to share large files securely, you need to find an alternative solution. It is recommended to use DigiDoc4 for encrypting documents smaller than 120 MB.
