There might be a situation when the DigiDoc4 Client header displays the data of the ID-card previously used in the reader.
This situation can occur if the ID-card in the reader is changed while loading data from the card.
Follow these steps to resolve this:
1. Remove the ID-card from the reader.
2. Make sure that the DigiDoc4 Client header shows “There is no card in the reader; check if the ID-card is placed correctly in the reader”
3. Insert the ID-card into the reader and make sure that the data of the ID-card has been displayed correctly.
In most cases, this eliminates the problem. If not, contact ID user support.
